Privacy on RateVoice's website (the "Website") is of great importance to Us. Because We and our third party providers ("TPPs") may gather important information via the Website or via our TPPs respective websites, from our or its visitors (collectively "Customer" or "You" or "Your"), We have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We or our TPPs may require Customers who register to use the services offered on our Website and our services offered on our TPPs respective websites (collectively, the "Service" or "Services" or "System"), to give Us or our TPPs contact and other information, which may include, but is not limited to Your name, company name, address, phone number, email billing information, address, cookies, IP address (collectively "Personal Information"). You can opt out of providing said information by not entering it when asked or not visiting the Website or our TPPs respective websites, although not providing it may hinder Your ability to use the Services. You can update or remove your Personal Information at any time by: (i) logging into the System and editing your Personal Information within Your profile to the extent that We maintain it and offer you access to it; or (ii) requesting Us to make the edits, but You should be aware that archival or back-up copies of said information will not cease to exist and your Personal Information may still be included in the aggregate and in the RateVoice history files. Further, We are under no obligation to remove said information or make said edits and shall not be held liable for failing to do so nor for any of our TPPs' failure to do so. To the extent that We make it available You may be able to view your updated profile to confirm that your edits have been made.

We may use the information that we collect to enhance the Services for You. We or our TPPs may also use the information to contact you to further discuss interest in our company, the TPPs, the Website, or in any way that We, in our sole discretion, deem to be reasonable. Your email address and any Personal Information will not be distributed or shared with third parties unless it is to transact such business as You have contracted us to do, to comply with any legal processes and/or law enforcement requests, or in order to conduct business as We, or our TPPs, in our and their sole discretion, deem reasonable. You can opt out of being contacted by Us, or receiving such information from Us, at any time by sending an email to legal@ratevoice.com. You will need to contact the TPPs directly to opt out of being contacted by them. We may also email information regarding updates to the System, Service or company, and may send a customer newsletter, or other correspondence. Any opt-out by You is not deemed valid until processed by Us. It is your obligation to verify that you have been opted-out. RateVoice shall not be liable for problems with the opt-out procedures.

Except as We explicitly state at the time We request information, or as provided for herein or in the RateVoice Terms of Use Agreement, We do not disclose to third parties the information provided. Any financial and billing information that We may collect through the Website may be used to check the qualifications of prospective customers, create a RateVoice account, as well as any other way We, in our sole discretion, deem to be reasonable. This billing information is not used by Us for marketing or promotional purposes, except as provided for herein.

You may be using the Website and System to host data (including but not limited to pictures, name lists, customer information, individual product information and/or reviews and related information) ("Data"). We will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided herein and in the RateVoice Terms of Use Agreement (available online at: www.ratevoice.com/terms.html), as may be required by law, or in order to conduct business as We, in our sole discretion, deem reasonable. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of any of the terms of this Website, as may be required by law, or in order to conduct business as We, in our sole discretion, or our TPPs in their sole discretion, deem reasonable. Of course, You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your user registration information including Your log-in name and password. Also, you are responsible for reviewing the privacy practices of our TPPs since they may differ from this Statement.

The Website contains links to other websites and the links in the content generated by users on our TPPs respective websites may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites nor of our TPPs. It is your responsibility to keep such information private and confidential.
